Pgrac promoter
IPTG-inducible promoter as used in Huang et al. for TasA fusion protein expression[1]. We decided to use the same promoter and terminator system as Huang et al. did for their TasA-sfGFP as well as our TasA-CotA/CuO/EreB fusion proteins.
