Part 1 of the Conways game of life system
This part constitutively produces LuxR, which forms a complex with HSL from neighboring cells. These LuxR.HSL complexes bind on the cI+LuxR promoter to produce LuxI, responsible for the HSL production to send signals to its own neighbors. Also GFP will be produced to visualize the ON state.
Input: 3OC6HSL
Output: LuxR, LuxI (producing 3OC6HSL) and GFP
Flow cytometry results of K077557. A total of 20.000 events were measured. Y-axis indicates number of events. X-axis indicates fluorescence on a logarithmic scale. Z-axis indicates time after induction.
