Heat Responsive Suicide Switch

This composite part is used as the heat-responsive suicide switch, in which contains an RNA-based thermal sensor promotor and the self-lysis gene BBa_K3594006. We expect that when the temperature reaches 37℃ or higher, the ribosome starts to translate the mRNA and the self-lysis protein would be expressed, resulting in the suicide of the bacteria.
