YPRCtau3 downstream homologous sequence
Usage
YPRCtau3 downstream homology arm part shall be used together with YPRCtau3 upstream homology arm part (BBa_K3570016). When YPRCtau3 upstream put to 5' of the biobrick together with YPRCtau3 downstream to the 3', the biobrick can be integrated into the S. cerevisiae's genome. It will do a homologous recombination within a region of type 4 long terminal repeat (Ty4 LTR) in chromosome XVI.
Experiments
Team iGEM Toulouse 2020 did not have sufficient time to complete the cloning and hence, to test this part functionality.
