HO upstream homologous sequence

Usage

HO upstream homologous arm used together with HO downstream (BBa_K3570010). When HO upstream put to 5' of the biobrick together with HO downstream to the 3', the biobrick can be integrated into the S. cerevisiae's genome. It will do homologous recombination within the Homothallic switching endonuclease (HO) gene.
