hph is a period of gene that expresses the resistance of hygromycin.
Usage and Biology
It is found that Starmerella bombicola was not sensitive to antibiotics from most of fungi, but hygromycin was the only sensitive antibiotic toStarmerella bombicola. We use this gene to conduct some work like verifying the efficiency of gene editing and so on.
