L2 spectinomycin resistance + L1_connector_Pos2 + ccA_MHETase
This composite part contains a spectinomycin resistance (BBa_K3002102) and the MHETase with the cCA (BBa_K3002113) fused with an HA-tag for easy detection via HA-antibody.
The MHETase in combination with the secretion signal cCA showed constant secretion by C.reinhardtii. Constructs including cCA lead to a high yield of the secreted MHETase.
