We validated this part by insert it and eGFP together into the vertor. The map of the plasmid is as followed(Fig.1). Then we transfected the plasmid to 293T cells, and the expression of eGFP protein was observed by fluorescence microscope(Fig.2) and quantified by Image J(Fig.3). You can also see the characterization of this part in our composite part BBa_K2942705, BBa_K2942706, BBa_K2942707, BBa_K2942708.
