This part did not function as we expected. There was no significant difference in the amount of GFP fluorescence among varying UV doses. Please see Figure 1 for the fluorescence/OD for different levels of UV. Figure 2 shows the difference in GFP flurescence for part BBa_K079050 and part BBa_K3269004.
