It is composite part composed of BBa_K2996500 and BBa_B0010.This is used as a half of transcription unit.We aimed to combine part BBa_K2996502 and this part to make an entire production module of C-luciferase-DBD fusion protein. Terminator put downstream of zinc finger

It is composite part composed of BBa_K2996500 and BBa_B0010.This is used as a half of transcription unit.We aimed to combine part BBa_K2996502 and this part to make an entire production module of C-luciferase-DBD fusion protein. We used PCR to construct this part.As for the terminator,we used primers to bring it to part BBa_K2996500.
