Putative Promoter Regulated by AgrA2 in C. difficile

Putative AgrA2 Promoter for binding of AgrA2 transcription factor from AgrAC2 two-component quorum sensing system from C. difficile. The promoter is located in the agr operon and regulates agrACDB transcription in response to Quorum sensing in C. difficile.1
