α-factor pre-pro signal GLCI

Alfa-factor pre-pro pheromone signal is the most widely used secretion signal in yeast, which contains two regions: a 19-amino acid N-terminal signal sequence (pre-region) that directs translocation into the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), followed by a 66-amino acid pro region that mediates packaging into ER-derived transport vesicles. Arthrobacter sp. YCWD3 glcI gene for beta-1,3-glucanase, complete cds. Codon optimised for expression in S. cerevisiae. This glucanase is a part of Zymolyaze.
