pSrp + TetR
Second part of the hypoxia repressor unit from our AND Gate. This part constitutively produces the tetR protein in absence of hypoxia.
Usage and Biology
It’s an orthogonal repressed promoter by the SrpR protein. In our circuit, this part constitutively produces TetR, which, in our circuit, represses Tet promoter in the absence of hypoxia.
