Linker for Tango like GPCR assays. Couple it to GPCR´s for improved arrestin binding plus mediated TEV Protease cleavage to release downstream POI. Before coupling, upstream GPCR should be checked for arrestin recruitment and/or typical Phosphorylation motifs to allow such recruitment. See BBa_K3173010 for a possible composite construct design.
