BsracE2000 - Bicistronic containing RBS2000 to stabilize gene expression.


Usage and Biology

The bicistronic has a translational coupling effect. Use bicistronic can stabilize the expression of the target gene. In order to more precisely regulate the activity of the racE gene, we wanted to stabilize the expression of racE gene by using bicistronic system.
