L1c-PsaD-PETase-YFP-RBCS2

This vector is a part of the Chlamy-HUB-Collection. This part is composed of the PsaD promoter, a B2-B2 linker (BBa_K2984034), the PETase enzyme, a YFP mVenus marker, and the Rbcs2 terminator. The part can be used to express the PETase enzyme in C. reinhardtii. The YFP-mVenus tag can be used to detect the expression of the PETase.
