Design Notes
We constructed miR663b-target with 2kt-E1A and miR885-5p-target so that E1A cannot be translated if a high level of miRNA663b existing in the cell.

This part, four repeating sequences complementary to miRNA663b on an mRNA, is a 4X miRNA target designed to target miRNA663b. When miRNA663b reaches a certain concentration in the cell, it would combine with miR663b-target and suppress the translation of mRNA. According to our design, miR663b-target is designed to control the translation of mRNA containing response parts.
