Design Notes
We constructed miR663b-target with 2kt-E1A and miR885-5p-target so that E1A cannot be translated if a high level of miRNA663b existing in the cell.
Source
MiRNA 663b-target is constructed bearing four repeats of miRNA 663b, and each repeat added with ATG. Extra bases which can be devisable by three were added in order to separate ATGs.
