This part is a short synthetic terminator with 13bp stem loop.
This terminator is described in a thesis on genetic circuits that involve antisense RNA. In our project, this T0 terminator terminates the in vitro transcription of antisense RNA (BBa_K3017003 and BBa_K3017004) without forming secondary structures with the antisense RNA itself, avoiding functional interferences.
