It is sure that when it placed under a Ptac promoter on a P15A plasmid and full induced, the recombination between Int5 attP and attB will happen as expected. The RiboJ(BBa_K2615996) part was added before the RBS-coding sequence, so that the modularity and reuseability would be improved.
