We characterized the ProD-sfGFP part (Bba_K1741014) by cloning this part into pZA, pZE and pZS backbone. We obtained the fluorescence data by measuring the fluorescence level for each 30 minutes for 6 hours. Also, we showed the growth curve of the cell containing the different origin plasmids with the different strains.
