We characterized the ProD-sfGFP part (Bba_K1741014) by cloning this part into pZA, pZE and pZS backbone. We obtained the fluorescence data by measuring the fluorescence level for each 30 minutes for 6 hours. Also, we showed the growth curve of the cell containing the different origin plasmids with the different strains. We did not observe any significant differences between different strains within the context of fluorescence and OD.
