NT minispidroin composed of an NT from E. australis MaSp1(major ambulate spidorins) . The N-terminal domain is a non-repetitive and monomeric protein that has a high aqueous solubility in neutral pH solution, and the entire spidorin’s high solubility in pH=7 solution is derived from the NT.
