CRISPR Array targeting the Plasmid DNA of the glucose dependent Exendin-4 expression system
This CRISPR array codes for the gRNAs that target the plasmid which encodes the glucose dependent Exendin-4 expression system and is part of the CRISPR/Cas3 kill switch system to prevent the release of the probiotic. The gRNA will guide the Cas3 Nuclease to the plasmid DNA which will then be degraded.
