The sequence we designed is used for generating crRNA 6 and mutated crRNA 3. CrRNA 6 is used for African swine fever (ASFV) detection. Furthermore, mutated crRNA 3 is the sequence derived from crRNA 3 for negative control to test whether our homemade Cas12a protein works functionally and normally. Kpn1 is the cutting site that helps us to separate crRNA 6 and mutated crRNA 3.
