The formation of this six-part DNA sequence for the positive control is derived from six different part sequences of African swine fever virus (ASFV). It is the sequence to test whether our purified Cas12a protein is functioning properly. We used it for positive control in our project.

Positive control sequence for crRNAs target

The positive control vector is generated for confirmation of the Cas12a-crRNA activity without using African swine fever virus (ASFV) genome. A fragment containing target sequences of six crRNAs are cloned and amplified by yTA vector.
