Applications of BBa_K3279006
Characterization
In our project, we fused the cellulases with INP-N to accomplish the purpose: cellulose degradation on the surface of bacteria. The effect of fusion on enzyme activity was detected by determining the cellulose degradation effect of fusion protein. The result is shown on Fig.1[1]. We also detected the presence of the target protein by immunofluorescence staining. The result is shown on Fig.2[1].
