MS2 coat protein
This is a protein used for specifically binding with the MS2 atpamer sensor domain to actuate the ribozyme activitiy in ribozyme-responsive switches in mammalian cells. We initially obtained this sequence from NCBI and we optimized the codons to make the sequence more compatible to mammalian cells.
