The inducible promoter, PhrpL

It is the sequence of inducible promoter hrpL. HrpR(BBa_K2967008) protein binds to HrpS(BBa_K2967009) protein forming a complex and then triggering the transcription of induced promoter hrpL. This functions like a AND logic gate to open an gene circuit.
