We have made a change on 5 nucleotides of crRNA 3 from 5’ end to make the mutated crRNA 3. It is the sequence for testing whether our purified Cas12a protein functions properly. We used it for a negative control of our project. Therefore, the sequence of mutated crRNA 3 is too short to be the functional protein.
