Design Notes

The sequence of the protein complex HrpRS specifically acting on the hrpL promoter region has not been investigated yet, so the hrpL promoter region in the amplifier is relatively long. In order to ensure that the transcription initiation is completed normally, we do not change the sequence.

Source

it is from the hrp (hypersensitive response and pathogenicity) gene regulatory network for Type III secretion in Pseudomonas syringae.
