Leptin

This is originated from Hommo sapiens, the original sequence is from this species but was optimized for E.coli BL21 (DE3) and to be cloned by RFC10 on pSB1C3. It mainly consists on a-helix. An histidine tag (6xHis) was added to the protein to facilitate its purification.
