Phytobrick of RCP

In the improved BBa_E1010, specific overhangs for MoClo functional elements were added to the flanks of the part to make it into a PhytoBrick. Additionally, BsaI restriction sites were added so that the improved part could be inserted into the Universal Acceptor.
