Lactate production of engineered Synechocystis PCC6803. Comparison of WT, ldhD-lldP, ldhDc-lldP, ldhDnARSdR-lldP, ldhDARSdR-lldP. Synechocystis grew for 7 days(OD=1), then L-Rhamose(1g/L) was added.
