Flow Cytometer (FCM) was used to measure the bacteria's number and a relative fluorescence. As expectation, both green and pink fluorescence can be detected in some bacteria. Then, we compared the final relative fluorescent intensity with that of TGATG-experimental group (BBa_K2717008)and calculated the efficiency.
