     This part expresses an efflux pump protein that selectively pumps tetracycline from the cell with Mg + isomeric tetracycline to restrict tetracycline entry into the cell ribosome, thereby enhancing the tolerance of E. coli to tetracycline by inserting E. coli containing the psb1c3 empty plasmid and our E. coli with this part in the absence of The ABS value was measured under the same concentration of tetracycline. TetO+TetA

This parts can provide tetracycline tolerance to our constructive detecting chasis which including tetA and tetO genes.

TetA encodes the tetracycline efflux pump protein, which selectively transports tetracycline from thecytoplasm to the periplasm in exchange for protons, thus limiting tetracycline's access to ribosomes within cells.They are proton power dependent, single polypeptide, drug-specific efflux pump, and it belong to the main promoting factor superfamily.

We also design some single sites mutation comparing with the original sequence that we have got from the biobrick bank.
