Promoter ParaA is taken from the upstream region of araA,whose length is 70bp.It is one of the constitutive promoters in pseudomonas fluorescence promoter library,its strength is characterized by a reporter gene ,firefly luciferase. It can be used to regulate the gene expression in Pseudomonadaceae through 3A Assembly.
