OmpA coding sequence in Salmonella(Para-OmpA-RGD).
We use BBa_J36850 (Lpp-OmpA(46-159)-Streptavidin wild-type) to do the improvement. We add the RGD sequence at the same position of that in Salmonella, which can display the RGD on the outside of OmpA.
