Leptin coding device with blue chromoprotein
Here the part is composed by tow promoters, one for Blue Chromoprotein cassette and the other one for leptin (T7-lac induced by IPTG). Also, it has the coding sequences for blue chromoprotein and leptin and double terminator for both cases. The purpose of Blue chromoprotein was to simplify the selection of colonies. (Figure 1)
