PPX+RBS

This part actually is a by-product during PCR but we found that this part can make a contribution to pathway establishment! the coding sequence PPX is originally from 15_York, and both two teams(15_York and 18_WHU) made a good verification of its function. Since it has a RBS just after its cds, you could build a pathway by just adding another coding sequence downstream this sequence.

We designed a primer to copy the PPX+RBS on the <a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K2789032">BBa_K2789032.</a>

Application

This part can be added before a coding sequence to express it with the PPX.
