3G TlpA39 is a a temperature sensitive repressor mtuated from Tlpa. Tlpa is a " tunable, orthogonal, temperature-dependent transcriptional repressor providing switch-like control of bacterial gene expression at thresholds spanning the biomedically relevant range of 32-46 °C" ¹ Tlpa39 is shifted to have depression occur at a higher temperature.
