Terminator of RuBisCO (Trbc)

Terminator of ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase(RuBisCO)

Usage and Biology

It is an efficient terminator ,and was successfully apply to the Synergistic Recombination Kit for Synechocystis and Microcoleus (provided by Qingdao Institute of Bioenergy and Bioprocess Technology,Chinese Academy of Science.)
