Applications of BBa_E2060
This is from Team Tianjin of iGEM2018.
For the characterization of our project, we measured the data of this part with TDH3 promoter included fluorescence intensity and degradation curve. Because of the limitation of our instrument, we didn't have the picture of fluorescence intensity of mCherry. And the following is its degradation curve.
Besides, we measured our promoter strength with this part. And here is the result.
