Palf4: Constitutively active promoter for Bacillus subtilis
Palf4 is an artificial promoter that is constitutively active in Bacillus subtilis. The part has the advantage that it consists of a short DNA sequence (30 bp). The promoter sequence can be fused to reporter genes, such as lacZ as well as to any other gene.
Artificial promoter, which is constuitevely active in B. subtilis. Its advantage lays in the short sequence, which allows it to be introduced into genetic systems with ease. Sequence and Features
