[aTC] -> RFP

A chemical signal(aTc concentration) to red fluorescence intensity(RFP,red fluorescence protein) converter. When [http://openwetware.org/wiki/ATc aTc (anhydrotetracycline)] is present, the repression of Ptet (Part:BBa_R0040) by constitutively expressed tetR(Part:BBa_I732080)(regulated by constitutive promoter PlacIQ(Part:BBa_I14032)) is relieved. Thus the mRFP (Part:BBa_E1010) coding sequence downstream of Ptet could be transcribed.

It is used to test the function of Part:BBa_I732086 and the appropriate concentration of aTc.
