Constitutive Q
The pTet promoter, in the absence of tet repressor, produces Q transcripts. As the transcript now contains a terminator, the cell will translate the transcript into Q protein. Because the construct does not contain any tetR producing elements, this construct will result in the maximum concentration of Q protein production (per copy of the gene) in the cell.
