Constitutive cro
The pTet promoter, in the absence of tet repressor, produces cro transcripts. As the transcript now contains a terminator, the cell will translate the transcript into Cro protein. Because the construct does not contain any tetR producing elements, this construct will result in the maximum concentration of Cro protein production (per copy of the gene) in the cell.
