Modified T7 Promoter Gal4 Binding Site in pClone Red

Modified T7 promoter (J100404) in which "TAATAC" has been removed and the 17 base pair sequence of the Gal4 binding site has replaced it inserted into pClone Red (J119137). This encodes for RFP when inserted in into pClone. When present the Gal4 protein will bind to this site.
