Adaptor

This construct consists of the coding sequence of the tnaC leader peptide BBa_K2379000(BBa_K2379000) followed by the Rho-dependent terminator region BBa_K2379001(BBa_K2379001). It converts the translational regulatory property of a riboswitch to transcriptional regulation
