Applications of BBa_K1875003
Characterization by [http://2017.igem.org/Team:Kyoto iGEM Kyoto 2017]
We cultured B. xylophilus with S. cerevisiae expressing EGFP of this part from the TDH3 promoter ( BBa_K530008 ). After several days we collected the nematodes and observed them with a fluorescence microscope (fig 1 ), and we were able to confirm nematodes emitting green fluorescence throughout the intestinal tract. Figure1: B. xylophilus full of EGFP in its intestine.
